What you can expect from this hotel.....great hotel with amazing staff who couldn't do enough for you. The food was top quality....the room was comfy with plenty of hot water. Friends of ours are gluten free and nothing was a problem with the availability for them.
Had a lovely trip 10-14 Nov , beautiful hotel,very clean,food really good as was staff, especially our very attentive " Amy" who waited on us for the Holiday,very obliging ,thankyou
All the staff at Shanklin Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay this weekend. They helped us get an extra room because my daughter needed a separate room, I left something by mistake and they sent it to me straight away. A lovely place and extremely welcoming and helpful staff! Highly recommended!
Excellent hotel, great location. The staff are all amazing, they go above and beyond, they laugh and joje with you, so good to see. We were there for a Ladies Weekend Gala. The food was ample and cooked to perfection. The hotel is very clean throughout. The swimming pool was great, and also very clean. All I would say is they need to expand the changing rooms for the pool, as its tiny. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We are hoping to return for a few weekend next year, and hopefull, the Ladies Gala again next October.
Fabulous, friendly hotel . Always greeted with a smile and nothings too much trouble. Food is lovely, bedrooms very clean and comfortable. The evening entertainment is great, we have been here more than 20 times and still get excited about coming...well done Daniel and gabby and all your team
Loved this hotel. Stayed in November for Xmas break. Staff lovely. Great location. Ashton our waiter full of smiles. All staff were great.The managers should be very proud of this hotel. Would love to go back in the summer.
Had a little problem when I walked into the room and told the manager he was very sorry and can't say anything bad about the place really Staff was perfect very helpful & and friendly. Room was at perfect temperature cleaned every day
As the organiser of a very successful Scottish Country Dancing weekend, I'd like to thank the management and staff at the Shanklin for their friendly and efficient service. We have been using the Shanklin for 5 now, they are extremely accomodating to our needs as a group, we had 110 people booked in this year, our weekend wouldn't be the success it is without the team at the Shanklin. Thank you all. Chef, your breakfasts, Sat and Sunday lunches, were amazing.
